On 7 September 2022, Apple introduced the second generation of the AirPods Pro. These AirPods Pro 2 have better sound quality and better noise cancellation than the first AirPods Pro allowing you to enjoy your favourite songs even better.
The AirPods Pro 2 got new pressure-sensitive sensors that let you adjust the volume by swiping up or down. The battery life has also been improved so you don't have to charge the earphones as often. Together with the charging case, the earphones last for 30 hours.
USB-C connection
This variant of the Apple Airpods Pro (2nd generation) has a USB-C connection. This is the same connection as most phones and other accessories, so you only need one charger for all your devices!
Excellent sound quality and noise cancellation
The Apple AirPods Pro 2 have excellent sound quality that lets you hear both high and low tones clearly. The balance is automatically adjusted based on the content you're listening to so the sound is always optimal.
These AirPods support active noise cancellation so you can listen to your music quietly in a busy environment, as outside sounds are filtered out. There is also a transparency mode so you can have a conversation without taking the earbuds off.
Control via the earphones
You control the earphones via the pressure-sensitive stems, without having to use your phone. Press once to pause, twice to skip a track and swipe up or down to adjust the volume. This way, you just leave your phone in your pocket while running!
Longer battery life
The AirPods Pro 2 last up to 6 hours on a single battery charge, which is enough for most users to get through the day. Still need more power? Then the charging case still provides enough power to fully charge the earphones four times.
